1. Full Legal Name: Northern Riverwalk Community Development District
2. Public Purpose: To plan, finance, construct, operate, and maintain community-wide infrastructure
3. Fiscal year: October 1 through September 30

Community development districts may reference Chapter 190 as the uniform charter but must include information relating to any grant of special powers.

Established May 19, 2009, by Ordinance No. 1-09 granting those special powers to the CDD as set forth in Section 190.012(1) and (2)(a) and (d) F.S.

The Development contains approximately 9.974 acres and is generally located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Indiantown Road (S.R. 706) and U.S. Highway 1 (S.R. 5). The Development is bordered on the west and north by the Intracoastal Waterway (Loxahatchee River/Lake Worth Creek).
Stormwater management system, marina, riverwalk plaza and other common area improvements.
